- all video’s are available when you sign up via a link send to you by email to a private YOUTUBE channel
- you can download/watch the video’s whenever you want, wherever you want
- email access to our teachers who can provide feedback and answer any questions you have about the classes or exercises or advice on which course is best for you and your body

- You’ll see amazing changes to your body shape, tone and strength.
- You’ll also get a big injection of “feel good” hormones from exercising for 20 minutes everyday. Let’s face it we all need this at the moment!
