BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

Beginners Yoga Course is a slower paced class focusing on the fundamentals of alignment and breath work, with a higher level of instruction and adjustments.  You can attend all 4 beginner classes as a series or just jump into one or two as you wish.

We recommend this beginners yoga course to those that are new to Yoga or experienced students looking to improve their technique and refine their practice.
WORKSHOP SERIES:
10TH OCT –  Salute to the Sun: breaking down the Sun Salutations and core asana. 🧘‍♀️ BOOK HERE
17TH OCT – Warrior 1: lunges a-go-go! 🤺 BOOK HERE
24TH OCT –  Warrior 2: open hips and hamstrings. 🏋🏼‍♀️ BOOK HERE

HEAT RATING: the class is heated to 28 degrees (hydrate before and during classes)
