Yoga & Pilates classes run throughout the day, seven days a week starting from 6am and cover a range of different styles. Once you find a class that works for you from our class schedule, reserve your spot by booking into the class and arriving 15 minutes in advance. Yoga prices and memberships are available on a per class basis, bulk buy classes, auto pay fortnightly and annual packages.

Offering nearly 100 classes a week, 6am to 7pm weekdays, morning and afternoon classes on the Weekends and public holidays.  Classes include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Cardio HOT Pilates, HOT (Bikram) YogaHot Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Meditation and Yin Yoga.

After practicing for more than a decade husband and wife team Lorraine and Shawn Swart decided to open up their very own Hot Yoga & Reformer Pilates studio in Wangara.  Both Shawn and Lorraine have spent many years competing in team sports as well as triathlon’s and marathon’s and the last few years taking part in the Busselton Jetty Swim.  They wanted to offer an all in one studio where clients could enjoy a variety of classes to stretch, flex and strengthen the body as well as the mind.  They combined all aspects of fitness and wellbeing into one studio offering high intensity classes such as HIIT HOT Pilates and Bikyasa, stretching and detoxing in Hot Yoga and Yin and mindfulness in their meditation classes.  As well as the benefits of the reformer machines for injury rehabilitation.
