We’ve poured a lot of LOVE and ENERGY into the design and facilities for the FLOW HOT YOGA & PILATES studio. You’ll be greeted at reception by one of the Flow Hot teachers who will check you into your class and answer any questions you may have about the classes, memberships and pricing. Our studio is a mix of boho and industrial designs using recycled, refurbished and natural materials from local sources where possible.
PARKING
We have ample parking around the studio as well as street parking on the verge of Edison Rise and Lancaster Road. Please ensure you ONLY PARK IN FLOW HOT SIGNED PARKING BAYS.
YOUR BELONGINGS
We have plenty of places to store your belongings, such as shoes, keys, sunnies and mobile phones (WHICH SHOULD BE SWITCHED OFF/SILENT).

- Men’s changing room, toilets and showers
- Women’s changing room, toilets and showers complete with vanity areas, hairdryers and everything else we think you may need or may have forgotten to bring with you 😉
CHILL OUT AREA JUST FOR YOU
Our reception and chill out area is designed for you, a place you can sit and relax before and after class, as well as some communal seating areas if you wish to hang out with your friends or make some new ones 😉 . We will have fresh herbal and water on offer for free and perhaps occasionally we’ll have some yummy home baked treats and nibbles for you to indulge in.
We have a small retail offering for you to browse through at the studio. We have taken a lot of time to research products that we think you’ll love.
HOT STUDIO
Our main HOT studio is fitted with ceiling heaters and fresh circulating air to create a comfortable environment to practice in all year round. Temperatures will depend on each class and can be found under the class descriptions.
REFORMER PILATES STUDIO
Our reformer studio is situated upstairs from reception and is blessed with lots of natural light and an amazing elevated view of the Yellagonga Regional Park. We have 12 brand new reformer machines which we hope you’ll grow to love and want to choose your favourite machine each visit 😉
