REFUND POLICY: To confirm your reservation for a Course you must pay a $200 deposit, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a balance due date for the full payment. If payment is not made in full or by agreement, then the deposit and reservation is forfeited. After payment is made in full on the balance due date there are no refunds available. If the course is cancelled by Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates prior to course commencement a full refund will be offered.
