Hot Yoga (aka Bikram) is a set sequence of 26 postures performed in front of a mirror in a steamy 38°C room. These poses will stretch, flex, and wring out every muscle, tendon, and organ in your body. You control the intensity—push yourself or take it easy. Either way, you’ll feel like you’ve had a full-body massage by the end and designed to detox, strengthen, and leave you feeling like a warrior in spandex.

Think Bikram meets Vinyasa with a double shot of espresso. We kick off with the Hot Yoga standing series, then launch into a fast, invigorating flow that’ll light up your core and clear your mind.
