REFORMER PILATES

At Flow we have 12 Reformer Pilates machines in a beautiful and bright upstairs studio overlooking the Yellagonga Regional Park.  We have nearly 50 Reformer classes a week from 6am through to 7:30pm weekdays and weekend mornings and afternoons.  We also have a huge variety of teachers who have been with us for over 4 years and offer different styles of teaching from their training and education backgrounds.  Our teachers are highly experienced, some diploma trained, some with Personal Training backgrounds, ex-nurses and Physios.

REFORMER CLASS STYLES

  • REFORMER PILATES – our standard class for anyone who wants to improve balance, strength, stability, mobility, flexibility and also have a good laugh!
  • CARDIO/STRENGTH REFORMER – expect to sweat, increase heart rate, torch calories and tone muscles!
  • FOUNDATION – great for beginners, recovering from injury, rehabilitation, slower paced class and for the over 55’s who “may” prefer a slower paced class, building strength, flexibility and mobility
  • YIN REFORMER – a beautiful class to relax, unwind, stretch and mobilise all your muscles, ligaments and tendons.  Expect luxuriously long stretch holds and some mindful meditation
