WANGARA YOGA AND PILATES CLASSES

We run a few different styles of Yoga at Flow.

  • ASHTANGA – 75mins dynamic practice which moves through a set sequence of postures, synchronising breath and movement
  • HOT YOGA – 6omins of 26 postures in a 38-40 degree heated room
  • HOT FLOW – a hybrid of the standing series in Hot Yoga to build strength, mobility and flexibility followed by a fast vinyasa flow of set sequence moves to pumping beats – anything from Moby to ACDC!  This is high energy, calorie burning class
  • SLOW FLOW – a slower paced Vinyasa Flow so you can sit and feel into each pose at a slower pace.
  • VINYASA FLOW – we have heated and non-heated flows, check the class description in our mobile app/schedule
  • YIN YANG FLOW – for those who enjoy a Vinyasa Flow to raise energy levels, culminating in long stretch poses and savasana.
